The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view.

The room was small and cramped. The front desk service had major screwups.

As a disabled guest, I was impressed by the beautiful hotel and its convenient location. The staff, especially Maria, provided exceptional care and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room upgrade, welcome gift, and surprise for my fiance's birthday were delightful gestures. Ricardo was friendly and informative, providing details about dining times and helping with transportation arrangements. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including fruits, meats, fish, and pastries. The rooftop lounge/bar offered stunning views of the city, making it a perfect spot for breakfast and evening drinks. the staff was helpful and made me feel welcome.

I felt like I was at home and had nothing to complain about.

the exclusive amenities such as the Jacuzzi and the private facilities were top-notch. the leisure/ TV room was a highlight as well, providing us with a well-deserved break. the Continental breakfast and the Bar/ Lounge area were excellent and the friendly staff always ensured that we felt comfortable.

We did notice a minor issue with the cleanliness of the room. Despite the otherwise flawless service, the carpet was not well cleaned.

During my stay at Altis Avenida, I was impressed by the professional approach and great follow-up from the staff. The hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of the city, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace and bar provided fine panoramic views of the city, and the breakfast room/restaurant offered a delicious and healthy breakfast. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had a modern contemporary design. The bathroom featured an excellent walk-in shower. Despite a few minor issues, I highly recommend Altis Avenida for a fantastic stay in Lisbon.

We loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the city. With the train station conveniently right across the street, it was easy to explore nearby areas like Sintra. We enjoyed the fine view of the city while having breakfast with a nice variety of food.

The hotel is located in a prime spot near an important Plaza, a metro station and many of the main attractions, including the Gulbenkian museum. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, excellent showers, and often come with beautiful views. The breakfast is perfect with a range of options, and the staff are among the best, with high levels of professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness.

Sometimes the waiting time for coffee can be long.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the city views. The staff were friendly and the service was great.

This hotel was absolutely exceptional. The location is second to none. The staff are wonderful. The food is fantastic. The suite we had had windows on two sides onto Rossio and Ave de Liberdade and was appointed spectacularly. The attention to detail in the hotel is out of this world. But the best thing about this hotel is how everything is done for you; without you having to ask and with no expectations of acknowledgment or in-your-face 'look what we did for you' approaches. The experience was very special.

The breakfast at Altis was fabulous with lots of choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived, the staff were kind enough to allow us to use a waiting area to freshen up after our long flight.
